URGENT ALERT
UPDATES
During the 2017 Outreach, several incredible individuals stepped forward as Champions, each pledging to raise R20,000 by reaching out to loved ones, friends, colleagues, and companies.
Many of these Champions achieved or exceeded their goals, setting a remarkable example of faith-driven fundraising.
“Each Champion’s commitment turned relationships into resources and faith into food for families.”
Sincere gratitude is extended to Mr. Sampie Hamman, whose unwavering generosity has been a cornerstone of Project Raven Outreach’s success from 2017 up to 2021 (even during COVID-19, when travel was restricted).
Also for his generous donation of 100 wheelchairs, offering freedom, and bringing mobility and dignity to many who could not afford it.
Mr. Hamman’s faith in action has touched countless lives.
His giving spirit continues to inspire and sustain our mission
From the beginning, Ricardo Schroeder & Sons immediately availed their 36-ton truck to transport food buckets - every year, free of charge.
Their dedication has ensured every outreach runs smoothly and efficiently, covering thousands of kilometres across the Western and Northern Cape.
“Their generosity quite literally keeps Project Raven Outreach on the road.”
Invaluable contribution that has been helping us reach even more families over the years, that we are deeply grateful for, came from the committed partnerships with and donations from the Kirstenbosch Rotary Club and the Claremont (Head Office) Rotary Club.

Various church denominations support Project Raven Outreach by collecting funds throughout the year using miniature bus-shaped money boxes during Sunday services.
Each November, these donations are gathered and deposited into the Project Raven Outreach bank account, helping us meet our December distribution goals.
“The Church in motion - giving together, serving together, believing together."
In previous years, one of the major retailers in our city graciously assisted by allowing the packaging of food buckets at their premises, enabling smoother logistics and greater efficiency.
This year, however, the packing will be done entirely by our own teams of volunteers — an exciting new opportunity for hands-on service and fellowship.
